Orders $99 USD and over ship free with our standard service. Orders under $99: a flat $9.99 shipping fee.

Processing & Delivery

• Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• International transit often takes 7–21 days, depending on destination and customs.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, VAT, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

If a shipment is refused, held, or returned because duties or taxes were unpaid, you remain responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees. Refunds, if any, are for the product price minus those fees.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if your package appears lost or unreasonably delayed. We will file a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges are non-refundable, including free-shipping orders that are later returned for a change of mind.
